How do I know I’m buying genuine medicines?
We only supply U.K. sourced genuine medicines to the U.K. The branded medication comes from major drug manufacturers and their logos are clearly marked on the products, e.g. Viagra(Pfizer), Cialis(Lilly), Levitra(Bayer), Priligy(Menarini), Xenical(Roche) and Propecia(Merck,Sharp and Dohme). Our lower cost generic medicines are from U.K. sourced trustworthy, ethical manufacturers that operate under strict government medical guidelines and they also supply to fully regulated U.K. pharmacies on the High Street.
If you wish to buy medications safely and disctreetly with prompt next working day delivery then you can order through our website.
What is generic Viagra?
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra and was originally manufactured and patented by Pfizer as Viagra. When Pfizers patent ended in June 2013 other drug companies could manufacture generic Viagra and market it as Sildenafil. Therefore, Sildenafil is just as effective at providing a firm long lasting erection when aroused, as Viagra, but it’s much cheaper.
Can I use an existing prescription?
We do not currently accept existing NHS/private prescriptions. However, you may use our free consultation service with one of our U.K. GMC regulated doctors and if you are eligible for treatment they will issue you with a private prescription.
Can I place an order by ‘phone?
Yes, of course you may contact us by telephone to place an order. One of our friendly team will ask you the questions on the appropriate medical questionnaire which will be submitted to our doctor for review. We will then set up an account for you with your secure user name and password. Once you have supplied your payment details, your order will be processed in the same way as if you had placed your order online.
How will you notify me?
You will be given an option for your preferred method of communication via open email or email or SMS notification. The most secure is email notification or SMS notification. If you use the latter two forms of communication then your order confirmation emails will be from: team@webmed-supplies.co.uk, which will only give your order number. For full details of your order you can log into your account using your secure password.
Is your service discreet?
All treatments will be delivered in plain unmarked packaging inserted inside the DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery bag and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Do I need to tell my G.P. if I order from Webmed?
We would never inform your GP without your consent but it’s important that you make your GP aware of any medications that you are taking.
We will ask you if you want us to inform your GP and if you do, we will ask for their details at registration or checkout.
Also, we will supply you with a letter, with the details of your treatment, so that you can simply hand it into your local surgery or post it to them.
What credit/debit cards can I use?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, except American Express.
What will appear on my debit/credit card statement?
On your statement the charge will appear as “WEBMED” with no reference to medication or pharmacy.
How fast is your delivery?
All of our treatments have guaranteed fast next working day delivery in a 1 hour time slot* to all mainland UK.

We use DPD as our preferred carrier with their industry-leading predict and follow my parcel service. This allows you to track the progress of your treatment on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window.
For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. In some of the more remote locations it may take 2 – 3 days, but the vast majority will be next day.
All of this excellent service is included within your price. No hidden extras at the checkout.
How old do I need to be to use the consultation service?

Can I be sure the information I provide will be safe and confidential?
Personal and medical information is completely confidential and securely stored as required by the U.K. Data Protection Act 1998. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), Registration no. ZA108924. The ICO is the U.K.’s independent body set up to uphold and protect your information rights. Only our doctors and authorised pharmacy staff have access to your information. We do not send any confidential information by email and any personal communication is made in the secure “your account” section of the website. We do not share any information with third parties. We never store your debit or credit card information.
What are your hours of business?
We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you order before 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday you will receive your order the next working day by either DPD or Royal Mail, depending on your postcode, as part of our standard service. There is an additional charge for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
We are closed on bank holidays.
What happens if my prescription order is declined?
If an order is declined by one of our doctors then you will be notified by email that there is a message in the “my account” section of the website. A full refund will be made immediately by us but if you have paid by debit card it may take a couple of days before it appears in your bank account.
It is very unusual for our doctors to decline a prescription once an order has been made as our medical questionnaires are designed to provide all the necessary information to allow the prescription to be issued. It’s only if you have provided additional relevant medical information for our doctor to consider and she then decides that the medication is unsuitable for you. There will be a full explanation in the “my account” area of the website.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order for medicines up until the point your medicine is dispatched, at 4pm on the day of order. You can do this by phoning us on 0161 491 1899 or cancelling your order in the “my account” section of the website.
The pharmacy cannot use returned medicines for reasons of safety and therefore once medicines have left the pharmacy we cannot allow their return. Unused medicines should be taken to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
How can I be sure you are a genuine pharmacy?
We're registered and regulated in the U.K. by the General Pharmaceutical Council and you can confirm the registration of our premises and Pharmacist by clicking on the numbers below.

Can I order for someone else?
You have to complete a medical questionnaire for each treatment and therefore it has to be done by the patient themselves. It’s important that the questions are answered truthfully so that our doctor can assess whether a particular treatment is safe and effective for you to take.
Where is my order?
If you placed your order before 3.30 p.m. on the previous working day and you are mainland U.K. you should be able to log onto DPD and track your order with your order confirmation number.
For other areas, where we deliver by Royal Mail Special delivery, please contact us on 0161 491 1899 and we will track your order for you.
If you have any problems please contact us on 0161 491 1899 or email team@webmedpharmacy.co.uk and we will be pleased to help.
