How to order from WebMed Pharmacy

How our service works

Ordering our products is as simple as 1,2,3

1) Select your treatment.

2) Have an online consultation by completing one of  our simple medical questionnaires and, if suitable, your prescription is issued by one of our UK Doctors. This only takes 2-3 minutes.

All prescriptions are issued for Webmed Pharmacy from Antrobus Medical Limited, who is registered with the Care Quality Commission( Number 2420515573).

3) Your treatment is delivered by DPD the next working day in a one hour time slot*.

Step 1

Select the treatment you require using the menu at the top or selecting the treatment on the homepage. In some cases you will be given options for the dosage and quantity you require. If you need any help or are unsure, call our experienced pharmacists for advice on: 0161 491 1899.

Step 2

You will then be invited to complete our online medical questionnaire to see if this treatment is suitable for you. Your questionnaire will be reviewed by one of our London based Doctors who will issue a private prescription if suitable.

All prescriptions are issued for Webmed Pharmacy from Antrobus Medical Limited.

You will not be asked for your name, address or contact details until you have successfully completed the questionnaire. Then you will create your own personal login, giving you access to our secure site.

The medical questionnaire, private prescription and delivery are included within the price.

No hidden extras at checkout. The price you see is ALL you pay.

You will be given an option for your preferred method of communication via email or SMS. Order confirmation emails will be from:, which will only give your order number.

For full details of your order please login to your account using your secure password.

All treatments ordered and approved by 4pm are guaranteed fast next working day delivery in a 1 hour time slot* on the next working day to all mainland UK. *Excluding the Scottish Highlands (see post codes below). Select your payment preference. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

On your statement the charge will appear as “WEBMED”.

Step 3

We use DPD as our preferred carrier with their industry-leading predict and follow my parcel service.

You will receive a one hour delivery window via your chosen method, SMS or email from This allows you to track the progress of your treatment on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window.

All treatments will be in plain unmarked packaging inserted inside the DPD bag and will need to be signed for upon receipt. If for any reason, this is not convenient, you will be offered alternative options; to leave with a neighbour or change the day.

All deliveries must be signed for.

All of this excellent service is included within your price. No hidden extras at the checkout.

We deliver to all the UK.

For the Scottish Highlands and Islands (see post codes below), Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. In some of the more remote locations it may take 2 – 3 days, but the vast majority will be next day, for full details, please go to the deilvery and postage page. Again, this is all included – no hidden extra costs.

All treatments will be in plain unmarked packaging inserted inside the Royal Mail Special Delivery bag and will need to be signed for upon receipt.

Saturday and Sunday deliveries.

For all mainland UK (except the Scottish Highlands) we offer the option at checkout for Saturday or Sunday delivery by DPD at a small premium of only £2.00.

The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man we can deliver using Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Saturday for £4.00.

Repeat Orders – made simple with just a few clicks.

Enter the WebMed website through your secure login username & password.

Select your treatment, dosage and quantity. A pop up box will then ask if you have had any changes to your medication or condition since completing your questionnaire within the last year.

If you answer “No”, then you will proceed straight to checkout. If you answer “Yes”, a copy of your previous questionnaire will appear where you can update the relevant section for approval, to make sure the medication is still suitable for you.
