I have worked in online pharmacies for 6 years.
Since starting at Webmed I have learned a lot more about medications and testing procedures, which I have found to be really interesting.
I enjoy all aspects of working in online pharmacy from dispensing medication to finding out and sending test results with signposting if needed.
The most rewarding part of working at webmed for me is dealing with customers or patients who are nervous and worried about having to order medication or receive positive test results. Once they have placed an order, they realise that there was no need to feel worried or afraid. We are normal people and we have dealt with all types of sexual health issues, questions and medication that may be seen as embarrassing illnesses.
Our customers and patients usually feel a huge sense of relief and are reassured after talking with us over the phone, email, live chat or receiving test results.
