Delivery Conditions

• ·      We currently deliver medication only within the UK.
• ·       Someone must be present at the delivery location to sign for medicines, but it doesn't have to be the patient named on the order.
• ·       Signatures are needed when fridge items are delivered in temperature controlled packaging.
• ·       For safety reasons, our delivery courier, DPD, has been told not to leave refrigerated packages in a designated safe place.
• ·       Our couriers will deliver the package to the address provided with the order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in a failed delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
• ·       If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. We can arrange to resend returned items for a fee of £20 once they arrive back at our dispensary, if it is safe to do so. Items that have expired during the return cannot be replaced.

Guaranteed next working day delivery*

All treatments are guaranteed fast next working day delivery in a 1 hour time slot* to all mainland UK. If you order before 3.30pm Monday to Friday you will receive it the next working day.

All orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

We can deliver to all UK addresses except forwarding companies, PO boxes or ‘virtual address’ services, like Parcel Motel and addresspal.

*Excluding the Scottish Highlands and islands (see post codes below) where we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We use dpd as our preferred carrier with their industry-leading predict and follow my parcel service. You will receive a one hour delivery window via your chosen method, SMS or email on the day of delivery. This allows you to track the progress of your treatment on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window.

If for any reason this is not convenient, you will be offered other inflight options:

Deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place, change the day or choose from 9,500+ Pickup Stores.

On the day you place your order you will receive a confirmation message, by your chosen method of communication, from us.

dpd will contact you by email and if you have provided a telephone number, you will also receive an SMS with your consignment number.

The option to divert your parcel to the nearest dpd Pickup Store is very popular. This could be close to home, or work or on your journey and many of the stores have extended opening times. The Pickup Store will hold your parcel for seven days, after which time it will be taken back to the dpd depot and reconsigned to WebMed Pharmacy Ltd.

All of this excellent service is included within your price. No hidden extras at the checkout.

We deliver to all of the UK. Our operating licence only allows us to supply prescription medication to the addresses in the UK.

If for any reason you are not in when dpd attempt to deliver, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Pickup Store for you to collect within seven days. After which time the parcel will be reconsigned to WebMed Pharmacy. If you wish for the parcel to be re-sent you will need to pay an additional £20 to cover the cost of the reconsignment and reposting.

When ordering weight loss pens you will not be given the option to have them delivered to a DPD pickup shop. DPD will attempt to deliver your weight loss pen, to your chosen delivery address, twice after which it will be returned to us and you will need to contact us to pay for redelivery.

If you choose leave in a safe place you will have to check the disclaimer box in the dpd options, that means you take responsibility for the safety of the parcel once it has been left by dpd. Therefore, dpd will not make any compensation if the parcel is lost or stolen after selecting leave in a safe place. 

If your medication is returned to us, as you were not at home to receive it or you failed to collect it from a DPD pickup shop within 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.  

 Any delivery failures must be reported to us within 48 hours .

For the Scottish Highlands and Islands (see post codes below), Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day.

In some of the more remote locations it may take 2 – 3 days, but the vast majority will be next day, please see list below for the full details. Again, this is all included – no hidden extra costs.

Saturday and Sunday deliveries

For all mainland UK (except the Scottish Highlands) we offer the option at checkout for Saturday or Sunday delivery by dpd at a small premium of only £4.00.

The Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man we can deliver using Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Saturday for £5.00.

We deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following islands using Royal Mail Special Delivery: HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands. We deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following islands using Royal Mail Special Delivery: KW15-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Muck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna, TR21-25.
