Looking to boost your weight loss journey in a supportive, knowledgeable environment?

Every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, we run free 30-minute Wellness Coaching Sessions designed to help you stay motivated, informed, and on track toward your health goals.

Our sessions are led by an experienced Wellness Coach and a Pharmacist, so you can get trustworthy guidance — whether it’s about lifestyle habits or questions about your medications.

Each week, we explore practical topics that truly make a difference in your progress, including:

Sleep icon The importance of sleep for metabolism and recovery
water drop Hydration and how it supports fat loss
Stress Zen Icon Managing stress to prevent emotional eating
WM Nutrition Nutrition tips for sustainable results
WM Exercise Physical activity and how to make it enjoyable

What makes our sessions unique is that the group chooses the topics! Recently, participants asked us to dive into subjects like fizzy drinks and loose skin after weight loss — real issues that matter to real people.

These sessions aren’t just about the number on the scale. We celebrate non-scale victories too — like better cardiovascular health, improved energy levels, stronger immunity, and feeling more confident in your own body.

You’ll also get the chance to share your experiences and learn from others on a similar journey. It’s a friendly, judgment-free zone where we lift each other up.
