May Day Bank Holiday opening hours and last order dates

A quick reminder that Thursday 30th April 3.30pm is the last time to place an order for treatments and testing kits for guaranteed free delivery before May Day Bank Holiday.

Order on Friday 1st May before 3.30pm and you can get delivery on Saturday 2nd May for just £4, otherwise deliveries will be on Tuesday 5th May.

All cold chain products ordered on Friday before 3.30pm can be upgraded for Saturday delivery, otherwise they will be despatched on Tuesday 5th May.

Any orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday 1st May will be processed and dispatched for delivery on Wednesday 6th May.

Our pharmacy will be closed from 5pm on Friday 1st May until 9am on Tuesday 5th May.

STI Testing

The testing Lab is open 365 days a year, but dpd and Royal Mail are closed on Bank Holidays and this determines when your sample arrives at the Lab.

Therefore, the last day for you to post your sample to the Lab is Wednesday 29th April, to get your test results before May Day Bank Holiday.

Don’t post any samples to the Lab from Friday 1st May until the morning of Tuesday 5th May when normal service resumes.
